New liquid coffee extraction technology from Amelia Bay obsoletes all competitive liquid coffee products.


January 9 2004--Amelia Bay is pleased to announce the release of their new liquid coffee concentrate, effective January 2, 2004. Amelia Bay's proprietary extraction technology provides extended shelf-stability without refrigeration and brewed-coffee taste and aroma that clearly exceeds the leading frozen coffee concentrate. Coffee ratios from 29+1 to 99+1 are available with the exact same taste and aroma for foodservice requirements. Higher concentration ratios are available for manufacturing outside the United States and formulations are provided the production of liquid coffee concentrate to be packed in bag-n-box or in bulk form for use in cappuccino and ice cream bases. Amelia Bay has manufacturing options available in Europe, Asis and Central America.
